    How do I submit my artwork or logo?

    You may email your artwork or corporate logo for your promotional item or corporate gift to art@saypromo.com

    We will accept clean, black-and-white, camera-ready art or electronic art (vector based with all text converted to curves/outlines). If not converted as outline we will print the file as is. We reserve the right to determine what is camera-ready art. If touch-up, redrawing, or design is required, an art time charge may apply. Electronic art is accepted for Mac or Windows and can be submitted on CD, floppy or Zip disc (100 MB capacity). Send Adobe Illustrator 10 or lower (ai or eps), Freehand 8 or lower (fh8 or eps) or Corel Draw 9 or lower (cdr or eps). In the event you cannot provide vector based art, we will accept TIFF or JPEG, but only at the imprint size or larger. Grayscale art should be at least 300dpi and bitmap art should be no less than 900 dpi.

    Submitted artwork for your promotional item or corporate gift will be automatically resized to max size unless otherwise noted. Requested typestyles will be matched as closely as possible. Exact match cannot be guaranteed.

    What if the promotional product I am looking for is not on the Say Promo! Web site?

    We carry thousands of promotional products and corporate gift items not listed in our catalog or on the Say Promo! Web site. If you are looking for a particular promotional item, or have seen a great corporate gift idea somewhere else, please do not hesitate to contact a promotional product specialist to assist you in locating the perfect gift item.

    As a promotional discount supplier, our policy is to meet or beat any competitor’s price!

    Can I order or will you ship promotional products outside of the United States?

    We will ONLY accept promotional product or corporate gift orders from outside the United States if you can provide your UPS or FedEx Shipper # in order to cover all duties, taxes and shipping costs to your destination country, or if you supply us with a billing and shipping address within the continental United States that will accept the responsibility and all cost liabilities to ship the goods to you. We will not be held liable for any returns or damaged promotional products once the product is shipped and received in good condition by your USA contact. All orders must be pre-paid with a credit card for International Orders.

    Does Say Promo! offer discounts on large quantity orders?

    Promotional product discounts or reductions for quantities greater than those shown on our site may be available. Please place your order or contact one of our promotional product specialists for an exact quote. More information is available by contacting us at sales@saypromo.com.

    Can I cancel or change my promotional product order?

    Once a promotional product or corporate gift Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. If you have already signed your Order Acknowledgement, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and artwork preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to change or cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed promotional product orders and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Do overruns or under runs ever occur in the promotional product production process?

    Due to the manufacturing production process of corporate gifts or promotional products, there are times when orders are shipped with an overage or shortage of promotional items in the shipment. These are called overruns or under runs.

    Up to 10% of the promotional product or personalized gift item ordered could be over or under the specified amount ordered. You will be credited or billed accordingly for the exact amount that shipped.

    What are the payment terms for Say Promo!?

    Pre-payment by company check or credit card is required before production of your promotional product or personalized gift begins. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Using a credit card will insure that your order is fulfilled quickly. If there is an overrun or under run on your promotional item order, your card will either be credited or charged for the difference owed after your order has been shipped.

    How do I place an order for promotional products?

    To place an order for promotional products or corporate gifts please email or fax us using the order form on our site. Once we have your order, artwork or artwork instructions, we email to you within 24 hours your order acknowledgement, paper proof form, and credit card form. Upon receipt of your signed approvals of the above three forms, production time will start.

    How does Say Promo! price their promotional products?

    Prices listed on the Say Promo! Web site include a 1-color; 1-location personalized imprint. If you are interested in a multi-color or multi-location custom imprint and pricing is not listed on the page, please ask your promotional product specialist for the additional charges involved.

    Prices listed on the Say Promo! Web site do not include shipping costs. All shipping costs are additional. All of our products are shipped FOB from our promotional product suppliers around the United States. The shipping costs involved vary depending on your time frame. We ship via FedEx or UPS in the most economical way to meet your in-hands date. If you prefer, we can also bill your freight account # directly for the freight.

    While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a promotional product. We reserve the right to change prices on the Web site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on a promotional item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

    When will I receive my promotional items?

    Production time on promotional products and corporate gifts may vary. The average production time is usually between 10-12 working days and begins once we have complete payment and personalized art proof/order approval. Please allow extra time if your customized artwork requires us to re-create it in camera-ready .eps format. Production times listed exclude shipping time. Holidays and weekends are NOT considered working days. Rush service is also available on many of our promotional products as found in our rush products section.

    What if I need my promotional products very quickly?

    Say Promo! carries a large selection of promotional products and corporate gifts that can be produced quicker than the normal production time. If you are interested in a certain product but need it quicker than the time listed, please contact a promotional product specialist and we may be able to speak with the manufacturer to see if they can produce it for an additional charge by your event date. Keep in mind that for all rush orders, we do require camera-ready artwork in a vector .eps file to be provided. If the custom artwork is not in this format, your order will be delayed and art charges may be involved in order for our graphic artist to re-create your file for your order. Rush orders may also require expedited freight to meet your needed in-hands date. Transit time is NOT included in the production times listed.

    Will sales tax be charged to my promotional products order?

    Say Promo is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of Indiana on promotional product and corporate gift orders. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with their resale certificate by fax to 574.457.5825.

    Is there a set up or screen charge for custom printing on my promotional items?

    Set up charges or screen charges are the manufacturers’ cost of making the screen that applies the ink to your promotional product or corporate gift. This cost is applied the first time you order that particular promotional product. If you order multiple promotional items, you would still have the screen or set up charge for each product, as oftentimes each product is produced by a different manufacturer and/or machine.

    Is shipping included in my promotional product quote?

    Prices DO NOT include shipping & handling charges for your promotional products or corporate gifts. All promotional products are shipped FOB factory. Shipping & handling will be prepaid and added to your method of payment.

    What happens if my promotional product shipment is delayed?

    Say Promo! will not be held accountable for delays in promotional product and corporate gift delivery occasioned by acts of God, strikes, terrorist attacks, or other circumstances over which we have no direct control such as equipment failure, US customs department delays, or delivery carrier delays.

    Can I place custom logos or trademarks on any promotional product?

    Any logo or trademark on the Say Promo! Web site is only intended to show the products’ ability to convey promotional product advertising on them but is never intended to imply that Say Promo! endorses the company whose logo is shown or that the custom imprint was designed by Say Promo!. All Say Promo! customers must warrant to our company that they have the unrestricted right to copy, use, and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be custom printed on or otherwise applied to the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify and hold Say Promo! harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining written permission from the third party in order to use any logo, trademark, or copyright items. Say Promo! will not be held liable for any improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of any trademark or logo that is applied to any promotional merchandise that is purchased from our company. Say Promo! is also not responsible for our client’s actions that may have misrepresented their ownership of any trademarks, copyrights, or logos.

    Does the Say Promo! Web site promotional product pricing change?
